Dr. Ed Hull
Dr. Ed Hull grew up in Charlotte and graduated from Myers Park High School. He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1994.
Dr. Hull’s grandfather, Dr. P.C. Hull, began practicing dentistry in Charlotte in 1914. His son, Dr. Zach Hull, joined him in 1956. In 1994, Dr. Ed Hull became the third generation to practice in Charlotte.
Dr. Hull and his wife, Laura, have two sons and a daughter-in-law who all live in Charlotte. In June of 2025, the Hulls welcomed their first granddaughter, Laney, into the family!
Dr. Hull is committed to his profession and spends significant time each year attending the latest continuing education classes. In his spare time, Dr. Hull enjoys playing golf, hiking, trout fishing, baseball, and anything related to the NC State Wolfpack.
LEAH
Practice Manager
Leah has been working in the dental field for almost 40 years – when she began by assisting in her father’s practice in Greensboro, NC, where her daughter is now working as a dental assistant. She has been with Dr. Hull since 2014. Leah enjoys trips to the beach and attending various sporting events and concerts.
LAURA
Front Desk
Laura, Dr. Hull’s wife, works part-time, assisting with scheduling, accounts payable, and other administrative duties. She enjoys exercising, hiking, and spending time with her family in the mountains. She and Dr. Hull have been married since 1989.
CARRIE
Dental Assistant
Carrie is a native of Charlotte and a graduate of the Dental Assisting program at CPCC. Carrie has been with Dr. Hull since 1994. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Jordan
Dental Assistant
Jordan was born right here in Charlotte, but grew up in a military family, before finally settling back in Charlotte in 2015. She graduated from Independence High School and considers herself a Charlotte native. Jordan loves trying out new places to eat and spending time with her family and friends.
KELLY
Dental Hygienist
Kelly is a native of Charlotte and graduated as an RDH from Columbus Technical College. She’s been in the dental field since 2001. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.
HOLLY
Dental Hygienist
Holly is a Virginia native who relocated to Charlotte in 2025 to be closer to family. She became a dental hygienist in 2022 after graduating from Virginia Western in Roanoke, VA. Outside of work, Holly enjoys trying local restaurants and coffee shops, watching live sports, and spending time with family and friends.
